Tuition Partners Rules and Regulations
Those who conduct tuition, coaching or student training under the MpowerStudents (Emocare) banner should follow the following ethics properly:
- All payment related queries and tuition fees are to be handled by those who are conducting the program. MpowerStudents / Emocare, Chennai will act as the certifying and academic authority.
- Tuition / coaching sessions should be conducted at the agreed time and as per the announced schedule.
- Daily / periodic recording of online sessions, wherever applicable, should be shared with participants or parents as communicated.
- Sessions should happen in a professional, student-friendly and ethical way.
- Any change made in tuition delivery, timing or structure by the affiliated person or partner should be intimated to the company in advance.
- Payment 50% to be made before starting and remaining within 10 days of completion of the program, after receipt of complete recording and training / tuition report.
- Appropriate legal action may be initiated against an affiliated person or partner if the above company norms are not followed.
Terms and Conditions for Students & Parents Joining MpowerStudents Programs
Anyone who joins any program (Smart Learning, Study Skills, Counselling, Personality Development, Tuition, Coaching or Workshops) conducted by MpowerStudents, a student unit of Emocare International, understands fully that Emocare is a private company registered in India and our trainings are purely private and intended for skill and performance improvement.
Whosoever joins any program also understands that when they pay money, they fully understand that the sessions will happen only as per the policy and structure of MpowerStudents / Emocare.
Certificates, completion letters or internship certifications will be given only after post-program evaluation. The basis of any training is post evaluation which students have to undertake and pass, as applicable.
The students and parents hereby agree to follow rules and regulations framed from time to time for the welfare of the students and the integrity of the program.
Whosoever joins understands that programs on any subjective matters (study skills, behaviour, emotions, personality, career etc.) cannot be conducted according to the whims and fancies of a single individual or group of individuals.
Whosoever joins understands very well that all programs being conducted will be conducted strictly as per the laid down policy of MpowerStudents / Emocare.
No refund will be made if any participant wants to quit the program at any time after joining in the official WhatsApp group for that batch. Joining the WhatsApp group is your unconditional acceptance of attending the program as per the requirements of the company. Any refund request without joining the WhatsApp group should be made within 24 hours of payment. In that case, payment will be returned within 15 days of such request.
