Frequently Asked Questions – Students & Parents
Do you see all age groups of students?
Yes. Sessions are offered for children (LKG–Class 5), pre-teens & teens (Class 6–12) and college students/young adults. The approach, tools and language are adapted to each age group.
Can parents be involved in the counselling process?
Yes. For school-going children and teens, parent sessions are an important part of the process. For college students and young adults, parent involvement is decided based on the student’s consent and comfort.
Is student counselling available online?
Yes. Online sessions are conducted through secure video platforms for students within India and abroad. Timings are adjusted based on school/college schedules and time zones.
How is this different from tuition or coaching?
Student counselling works on emotions, behaviour, mindset, habits and life skills. Empowerment programs combine personality development, study skills and yoga. It is not subject tuition – it supports the person behind the marks.
How many sessions are usually required?
For many concerns, 6–10 sessions with follow-up reviews are recommended. Some issues may need short-term support, while others benefit from longer-term counselling and empowerment modules.
How do we start?
You can WhatsApp or email to share basic details. A brief intake is done, age group is assessed and the first session (online or in-person) is scheduled with the student and/or parents.
